Glen LUO is a China-licensed attorney practicing law all over China and has rich experience in dealing with foreign-related legal matters. He got his Master’s Degree in Law from Zhongnan University of Economics and Law in China and completed the major courses of Paralegal Studies in one campus of SUNY of the United States. Glen LUO has ever worked with a multinational corporation in New York as its Legal Counsel of China legal affairs and was in charge of the matters in terms of investment, financing, M&A and international trade, etc.
 
Glen LUO is expert in dealing with legal issues involving foreign-related legal affairs, including foreign investment in China, China outbound investment, company affairs, international trade and dispute resolution.
